Is there a free trial?
New accounts in the app may receive welcome credits to try ClothShift. The offer is not available to everyone, and there is no card required to look around.
Do I need a subscription?
Not on the web: you top up directly with one-time packs. In the app, credits come with a subscription, and top-ups need an active one.
Where are credits cheapest?
On the web. Web top-ups have the same prices as the subscription packs, with no subscription. Top-ups bought inside the app cost more.
Do credits from the web work in the app?
Yes. Credits belong to your account, so you can buy on the web and create on your phone, or the other way round.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase. Your wallet shows each balance and when it expires.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel from your subscriptions there at any time, and you keep the plan until the end of the period.
